Dungeons and Dragons Campaign - “Shadows of the Infinite Staircase”

An extraplanar space between realms, doors to the Infinite Staircase often open from overlooked, forgotten corners of places with a penchant for creativity; and places most convenient for adventure. Wherever there's a story to be told, the staircase might be found. But as creativity wanes in these places, their doors and destinations change, and their landings on the staircase vanish over time: a phenomenon that's been happening more and more in recent times… Permanent residents and frequent visitors are left to deal with the strain, as a Shadow begins to fall over the Staircase.

In light of this, one of the Staircase’s most well-known residents, the Guildmaster of Nowhere, is hiring new adventurers, hoping to take some of the load off his current staff. He's said to reward well, and holds no tolerance for anyone who would add to the people's burden. Whether by chance or by choice, you now find yourself on this guild’s doorstep.
