Pay My Fine

GovPayNet charges a non-refundable service fee for each transaction. GovPayNet sets these service fees and they are subject to change. Neither Albertson Memorial Library nor the Village of Albany receives any portion of the service fee collected by GovPayNet during a credit card transaction. As of 2-10-2021 this fee is $1.75 for each fine under $50.
